Day-wise Itinerary

Arrival Day (Dehradun)

Welcome to Dehradun! Upon arrival at Dehradun airport or railway station, our informed driver-cum-guide will receive you and transfer you to our luxurious hotel for a complimentary stay. Dinner and breakfast are included on the day of arrival.
Spend the day relaxing after smooth check-in and prepare for an exciting journey tomorrow.

Day 1 (Dehradun to Yamunotri)

• 06:00 AM Departure from Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun (By Helicopter)

• 06:30 AM Arrival at Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotri

Our coordinator will take you to the state government helipad on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun, from where you will fly to Yamunotri. It is advised to leave your hotel early and remain energetic throughout this devotional Chardham Yatra.
Upon arrival at Kharsali (Yamunotri), handlers will unload your baggage and take you to the hotel. Enjoy a fresh breakfast and proceed for darshan in palki/pony to Yamunotri temple, which is around a 5 km trek. After divine darshan, return to the hotel for lunch and rest. In the evening, visit the ancient Shani Temple (subject to time and weather). Stay overnight at the hotel after dinner.

Day 2 (Yamunotri to Gangotri)

• 07:45 AM Departure from Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotri (By Helicopter)

• 08:30 AM Arrival at Harsil Helipad, Gangotri

Enter the beautiful valleys of Uttarakhand, often called the "Mini Switzerland." Handlers will escort you to a nearby luxurious hotel. After breakfast, you will leave for Gangotri temple VIP darshan by cab, 20 km from the hotel.
Enjoy premium accommodation with ensuite washrooms, delicious vegetarian food, short walks, and local sightseeing. End your day with dinner and a bonfire before sleeping.

Day 3 (Gangotri to Kedarnath)

• 09:00 AM Departure from Harsil Helipad, Gangotri (By Helicopter)

• 09:30 AM Arrival at Kedarnath Helipad (Base Camp)

You will first arrive at Guptkashi/Phata helipad from Gangotri. After changing the helicopter, you will fly for Kedarnath (10 minutes from Guptkashi). Waiting time during chopper change may be between 10 minutes to 3 hours due to shuttle slots, weather, or technical reasons.
At Kedarnath, enjoy VIP darshan and Jal Abhishek at the temple. Stay will be arranged at Guptkashi after darshan. Enjoy dinner and rest overnight.

Day 4 (Kedarnath to Badrinath)

• 10:00 AM Departure from Kedarnath Helipad (By Helicopter)

• 10:45 AM Arrival at Badrinath Helipad

Head to the beautiful city of Narayan, Badrinath. On arrival, handlers will transfer you to the hotel. Enjoy breakfast/lunch and VIP darshan at Badri Narayan temple. Evening visit includes Vishnu Sahasranama path and a leisurely walk in Mana Village near the temple. End your day with dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5 (Badrinath to Dehradun)

• 10:00 AM Departure from Badrinath Helipad (By Helicopter)

• 11:30 AM Arrival at Dehradun Helipad (Drop Provided)

After a hearty breakfast and final darshan at Badri Narayan temple, fly back to Dehradun with pleasant memories of your Chardham Yatra by helicopter.
Note: Timings are tentative and may change due to permissions and weather conditions. We recommend booking your return flight a day later.

Guidelines for Passengers

• Maximum 5-6 passengers allowed per helicopter.

• Only 5 kg luggage per passenger allowed due to limited helicopter space. Excess baggage will not be permitted.

• Carry only handbags (soft bags/duffle bags). Suitcases or trolleys are not allowed.

• Passengers should carry a regular medical kit due to high altitude temples.

• Total passenger weight limit: 430 kg.

• Passengers will be taken to helipads at least 1 hour before departure; waiting at government helipad is possible.

• Exact body weight must be shared at booking and will be measured before flying. Passengers providing incorrect weight may be de-boarded without refund.

• Overweight charges apply (INR 200 per kg at Kedarnath shuttle).

• Helicopter seating and passenger distribution will be managed based on weight for safety.

• Properties at Yamunotri are basic but best in the region; other properties are 3-4 star category.

Terms and Conditions

• Children above 2 years considered full ticket; infants below 2 years travel free (ID proof required).

• No concession for children or senior citizens.

• Booking requires 70% deposit; balance 30% due 30 days before journey.

• Bad weather may delay or alter itinerary; company will try to complete dhams by extending timeframe if possible.

• Single occupancy charges: INR 40,000 per person extra.

• Cancellation policy:

  • Up to 30 days before journey: 50% charge

  • Between 15-30 days: 85% charge

  • Within 15 days: No refund

• COVID-19 protocols must be followed as per government mandates.

• Force majeure and weather may cause delays or cancellations.

• No refund for passengers de-boarded due to incorrect weight declaration.

• Refund for unvisited dhams due to bad weather will be proportional (e.g., unable to visit 2 dhams = 30% refund; 3 dhams = 55%, etc.), excluding taxes and royalty fees.
